It taught me discipline and exactly how to perform under intense pressure. More importantly, it taught me that you can't win without a solid strategy and a team you trust completely.
When I transitioned into digital marketing, I worked in traditional agencies and quickly realized something was fundamentally broken. The industry was full of buzzwords, cookie-cutter templates, and account managers who barely knew their clients' businesses.
